Terms of Service

By creating an account or submitting a project on WebAppDev.co, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

By using WebAppDev.co, you enter into a mutual NDA with us.

• We will never disclose your idea, concept, requirements, or any project details to any third party.
• Your intellectual property remains entirely yours. Submitting an idea to our platform does not transfer any rights to us.
• All staff and contractors with access to your project are individually bound by confidentiality obligations.
• This protection applies from the moment of your first submission, before any payment is made.

We take this seriously. Your idea is safe with us.

WebAppDev.co provides:

• App Build ($500 one-time): A fully working web application built from your voice/text description and 10 AI-guided discovery questions, delivered to a subdomain on webappdev.co.
• Sprint Retainer ($1,500/month): Ongoing feature development in 1–2 week sprints, scope agreed before each sprint begins.
• Maintenance (custom pricing): Security patches, dependency updates, monitoring and bug fixes.

You own everything. Upon full payment, all code, assets, and deliverables produced for your project are transferred to you. You receive full ownership — no licensing fees, no restrictions, no royalties.

We retain no rights to reuse, resell, or redistribute any code or design produced exclusively for your project.

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store payment card data.
• App build payments are one-time and due before the live link is unlocked.
• Retainer subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of first payment.
• Retainer can be cancelled at any time — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
• Partial months on cancellation are not refunded unless covered by our Refund Policy below.

You may not use our platform to:

• Build applications that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Create tools designed to harm, deceive, or defraud others
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the platform itself
• Submit false or misleading project requirements

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a full refund if within the refund window.

We aim to deliver the initial app within 24–48 hours of completing the discovery Q&A. Complex projects may take longer — we will communicate timelines clearly. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control.

WebAppDev.co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or the delivered software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WebAppDev.co is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
