Refund Policy

• No charge, no refund: Your first app is built and deployed at no cost. Because you never pay for it, there is nothing to refund.
• If it is not right: If the delivered app does not match what was agreed during the discovery Q&A, email tech@webappdev.co and we will correct it before you decide whether to continue.
• You own it either way: The code is yours in a private GitHub repo in your name, whether or not you go on to a paid plan.

• Pause or cancel anytime: You may pause your plan at any time from your project page. Billing stops at the end of the current period and you keep your sprint board and any running sprint until then. You will not be charged again unless you restart.
• Current month: The current month's payment is non-refundable once a sprint has started, as we begin work immediately.
• No sprint started yet: If you cancel before any work begins in the current billing cycle, we will refund that month's payment in full.
• Dispute resolution: If a sprint is delivered in a way that does not match the agreed scope, contact us. We will either fix it or refund that sprint's cost.

Email tech@webappdev.co with:

• Your account email address
• Your project ID (visible in your dashboard URL)
• The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 1 business day.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

• A sprint in the current billing period has already started
• The account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
• The project requirements were materially misrepresented during the discovery process
