Refund Policy

4-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Every App
If you are not satisfied with your app for any reason, email us within 4 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. App Build — $500 One-Time
- 4-day guarantee: You have 4 calendar days from the moment we send you the live link to request a full refund.
- No questions asked: You do not need to explain why. Simply email us at tech@webappdev.co with your project ID.
- Full refund: 100% of the $500 is returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days via Stripe.
- After 4 days: Refunds are not available once the 4-day window has passed, as significant development work has been completed.
2. Sprint Retainer — $1,500/Month
- Cancel anytime: You may cancel your retainer at any time from your dashboard or by emailing us. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Current month: The current month's payment is non-refundable once a sprint has started, as we begin work immediately.
- No sprint started yet: If you cancel before any work begins in the current billing cycle, we will refund that month's payment in full.
- Dispute resolution: If a sprint is delivered in a way that does not match the agreed scope, contact us. We will either fix it or refund that sprint's cost.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email tech@webappdev.co with:
- Your account email address
- Your project ID (visible in your dashboard URL)
- The reason for your request (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 1 business day.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 4-day window has passed
- The account has been terminated due to a Terms of Service violation
- The project requirements were materially misrepresented during the discovery process
